Dispatcher/Service Coordinator

• Full-time, Evaluation Hire position
• Key responsibilities will include answering customer calls in a very busy office environment, scheduling technicians for jobs based on customer issues and technician specialty, entering customer data into the database, providing timely responses and feedback to customers regarding questions, reviewing jobs in the service monitor to ensure they are dispatched and assigned as required, proactively contacting customers to reschedule service calls when necessary, and managing and assigning the daily workload for service technicians
• At least three years of customer service experience in a busy environment required
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills are a must
